7-Up Cake
7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter or margarine, 3 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 3 c. flour, sifted and 2 tbsp. lemon extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time and beat.
Add flour, about 1/2 cup at a time, beating after each addition.
Add lemon extract.
Fold in 7-Up and pour into well-greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
