7-Up Cake
7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 3/4 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. 7-up and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine and Crisco together.
Add sugar, then add flour alternating with an egg, until all flour and eggs have been added.
Add lemon extract and gradually fold in 7-Up.
Pour in lightly greased tube pan and bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
Do not open oven while baking.
Cool in pan for 3 minutes.
