7-Up Cake
7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter, 3 c. sugar, 5 extra large eggs, 3 c. flour, plain and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour with baking powder and set aside.
Preheat to 325Β°.
Cream soft butter and sugar together.
Add one egg at a time beating well after each egg.
Add flour and baking powder a little at a time.
When all flour mixture is added, beat well. Add 7-Up and lemon extract a little at a time until it is all added.
Beat for 3 to 4 minutes on medium high speed.
Bake in a bundt pan greased with Crisco and sprinkled with sugar.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cake tester comes out clean.
