7 Layer Salad
7 Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 c. diced celery, 4 boiled eggs, 1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas (uncooked) and 1/2 c. green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer in a large Tupperware bowl as listed.
Then mix 2 cups of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Spread on top of the layered ingredients in the bowl.
Sprinkle 4 ounces of Cheddar cheese on top.
Put tight lid on and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve.
