7 Layer Salad
7 Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, chopped, 1 head cauliflower, chopped, 3 green onions, sliced, 2 large carrots, grated and 3 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together lettuce, cauliflower, onion, carrots and celery. Put peas in strainer and run under hot water.
Add peas to salad and mix.
Put half of salad in serving bowl.
Layer mayonnaise and sprinkle sugar on top.
Add layer of 1/2 of the bacon and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Repeat for 2 layers. Refrigerate.
Mix well before serving.
