Made with 1 can refried beans, 2 medium avocados, smashed, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped and 1 small can black olives, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with refried beans.
Spread the avocado on top.
Spread the sour cream on top of the avocado layer.
Spread the tomatoes over the sour cream.
Sprinkle the black olives over the tomatoes followed by the green onions. Cover the top with the cheddar cheese.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
