In saucepan warm milk, stir in sugar, butter and salt.

In large bowl soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

Stir in milk mixture and gradually add flour until dough pulls away from bowl. Add flour until dough loses stickiness.

Cover.

Heat oven to 250Β° then turn off.

Place dough in oven for 15 minutes.

Remove and place on floured surface.

Knead 2 to 3 times.
