6-Week Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) box all-bran cereal, 1 c. oil, 1 qt. buttermilk (may substitute with skim), 5 c. flour and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs.
Mix in rest of ingredients. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
(Let stand 8 hours before using.)
Use as desired.
Remove 1 tablespoon and place in coffee cup and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
May also be baked in the oven like regular muffins.
