5 Cup Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can flaked coconut, 1 can crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail, 1 can mandarin oranges, 2 c. tiny marshmallows and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain all fruit.
Mix together all but sour cream and nuts, then add sour cream and nuts; mix well.
Let stand in refrigerator until nice and cold.
