3 Layer Brownie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed with an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to creamed mixture, stirring well.
Stir in vanilla and pecans. Spoon into greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with marshmallows.
Cover with aluminum foil and let stand 5 minutes or until marshmallows melt.
Spread Chocolate Frosting on top.
Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
