3-Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 c. sour cream, 1 egg, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix butter, sour cream and egg together. Stir in both cans of corn.
Blend in dry ingredients (muffin mix) and spoon into well-greased casserole dish.
