3-Bean Salad
3-Bean Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with kidney beans, french-cut green beans, yellow wax beans, green pepper, sliced in thin strips and big onion, sliced fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain and rinse kidney beans with string bean juice.
Drain wax beans.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
Add oil, pepper and salt and stir well.
Add the drained beans, green pepper and onions.
Stir well, but gently, in order to keep beans whole.
Place in large, covered dish and let set in refrigerator overnight, mixing and stirring occasionally.
Serve until thoroughly chilled.
