25 Hour Layer Salad
25 Hour Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with iceberg lettuce, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 red pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. red onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Line a 13 x 9 x 2 glass dish with bite size pieces of lettuce. Sprinkle peppers, celery, onions and peas (frozen, not thawed). Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over top.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Refrigerate overnight.
