1-2-3 Cup Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 8 or 9-inch pie crusts, 1 c. all purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 3 c. milk and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook pie crust as directed.
Combine flour, sugar, milk and egg yolks in large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at a time, stirring after each cycle, until thick.
(It may take as long as 10 minutes.)
After filling starts to thicken, add vanilla, butter and salt; stir well.
Continue to microwave until done.
Add cocoa and mix until well combined.
Pour into pie crusts.
