White Chocolate Fudge
White Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with c. white sugar, oleo, c. evaporated milk (small can), (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème and c. chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine sugar, oleo, salt and milk.
Bring to a full boil (rolling) and boil over low heat for a full five minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add melted chocolate and Marshmallow Crème.
Add nuts and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Cool for several hours. (Melt chocolate slowly; it burns easily.
Use heavy pan.)
