Wedding Punch
Wedding Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. chopped rhubarb, 2 qt. strawberries, 2 qt. water and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place rhubarb and strawberries in large kettle.
Add the water and sugar.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until rhubarb is soft.
Add strawberries and return to boiling. Remove from heat.
Cover and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain (discard pulp) and refrigerate.
