Walnut Cream Fudge
Walnut Cream Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar marshmallow cream (5 or 10 oz. size), 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring first 5 ingredients to full boil, stirring.
Boil 5 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate morsels until melted, then vanilla and walnuts. Pour in greased 8-inch square pan.
Chill until firm.
Makes 2 1/4 pounds.
