In blender, blend cream cheese plus 1 1/2 cups of milk until smooth.
Pour into bowl.
Add 1 1/2 cups milk and puddings.
Mix well.
Split Twinkies in half, longway.
Cover entire pan (9 x 13-inch).
Add pudding layer.
Add whipped topping layer.
Sprinkle nuts.
