Turkey Florentine
Turkey Florentine is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 lb. butterball breast of turkey, 1 pkg. (6 oz.) long grain and wild rice mix, 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained and 3/4 c. diced fully cooked ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Roast turkey according to package directions.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Stir in spinach and ham.
Place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake alongside turkey last 45 minutes of roasting time.
Slice turkey and serve with Florentine rice.
