Tex-Mex Dip
Tex-Mex Dip is an impressive Mexican snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with chopped green onions (optional), to 5 medium avocados, plus 1/2 tsp. salt, . lemon juice, . pepper and c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in another bowl.
Spread bean dip on a large shallow platter.
Next, spread avocados and then sour cream mixture.
Layer top with chopped green onions, tomatoes (drained), olives and cheese.
Refrigerate.
