Teriyaki Salmon
Teriyaki Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each), 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 4 tsp. grated peeled ginger root, 1 tsp. oriental sesame oil and parsley sprigs for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat broiler.
Place salmon fillets on rack in broiling pan.
In cup mix teriyaki sauce, ginger root and sesame oil. Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
Broil salmon 3 to 5 inches from source of heat, without turning until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
Makes 4 main dish servings.
