Ten Minute Fruit Cake
Ten Minute Fruit Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Place egg whites in a small mixing bowl; beat until stiff. Set aside.
Combine mincemeat, raisins, walnuts, sugar, vanilla, melted butter and egg yolks in a large bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Fold dry ingredients into mincemeat mixture.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake in a slow oven at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
