Taco Crescent Pie
Taco Crescent Pie is an impressive Mexican dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. tortilla chips, crushed, . ground chuck, . taco seasoning mix, c. water and c. stuffed green olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground chuck and drain.
Add taco mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate rolls and put in ungreased 9 x 10-inch pie plate to make crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips over bottom crust. Spoon on meat mixture, the sour cream, cheese and top with remaining corn chips.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Top individual servings with as much lettuce, tomato and taco sauce as desired.
Freezes well.
