Swiss Bliss
Swiss Bliss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tbsp. butter, 4 lb. chuck steak, sliced, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1 large green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Line large baking pan (9 x 13-inch or larger) with aluminum foil.
Dot with butter.
Place steak pieces in pan, then sprinkle with onion soup mix, fresh mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix together tomato juice, A1. steak sauce and cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables.
Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
