Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 2 medium onions, 2/3 c. progresso italian bread crumbs, 1 egg and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Scrape mushroom caps.
Wash. Chop stems and onions.
Saute in butter until browned.
Mix rest of ingredients with sauteed mushroom pieces in a bowl until thick, but moist.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
