Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large mushroom caps, 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped and 1 tbsp. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wipe mushroom caps clean.
Melt 4 tablespoons oleo; let cool a bit.
Use hands and coat caps well with oleo.
Put in buttered baking dish.
Mix crumbs, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and egg together.
Fill each cap with mixture.
Melt remaining oleo. Sprinkle caps with Parmesan and drizzle with oleo.
In preheated oven at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
