Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with oleo, c. shortening, c. sugar, c. sliced fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries, drained and (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream the butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add strawberries and jello; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla; beat well.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into 3 lightly greased and floured 8-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost.
