Cook broccoli and snow peas in a small amount of water in separate saucepans over medium heat until tender-crisp; drain. Combine broccoli, snow peas, shrimp and red pepper in a large bowl.
Mix soy sauce, picante sauce, Italian dressing and ginger in bowl; mix well.
Pour over shrimp mixture.
