Sesame-Ginger Chicken
Sesame-Ginger Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, 2 tbsp. grated ginger, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 4 skinned, boneless breasts of chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sesame seeds, grated ginger, honey and soy sauce in a bowl.
Flatten chicken between plastic wrap, using a mallet.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Baste frequently with sauce.
(May also be used as a marinade. Marinate for a few hours and then cook on grill.
Don't marinate overnight; it will be very strong!)
