Seafood Quiche
Seafood Quiche is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Made with (9-inch) cooked pie crust, medium, chopped onion, c. raw, peeled shrimp, c. crab meat and large, fresh eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and shrimp in butter until shrimp are curled and pink and onion is translucent.
Pour in crab meat and stir.
Pour mixture in pie crust.
Beat together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and mace.
Pour over seafood in crust.
Dot the surface with butter.
Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes until nicely browned and very puffed.
Good hot or cold.
Settles as it cools.
