Scalloped Carrots

Cook carrots and drain.
Put margarine in saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and celery salt.
Add milk and stir until smooth.
In a 2-quart casserole, arrange layer of carrots, then layer of cheese slices until both are used up with carrots on top.
Pour sauce.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350Β°.
