Salmon Delights
Salmon Delights is an moderately easy healthy dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 44 minutes. Made with (15 oz.) pink salmon, whole egg, . baking powder (heaping) and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Pour juice of salmon into cup and set aside.
Add salmon to egg and mix real well.
When mixture is gummy, add flour.
Stir in flour with a fork.
Mixture will be thick.
Do not add salt (pepper is okay)!
Add 1/4 cup salmon juice to baking powder and beat with a fork.
It is going to foam.
Pour foamy mixture into salmon mixture.
Mix again with a fork.
It may be really thin this time. Drop by teaspoons into deep fat and fry until crisp and golden brown.
