Rice Pudding

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, salt and flour
Mix well
Gradually add milk
Mix well
Place over rapidly boiling water, stirring until mixture coats spoon
Pour a little of the hot mixture into beaten egg yolks, beating constantly
Add egg yolks to hot mixture in double boiler
Stir in rice and raisins; cook 2 minutes
Add vanilla
Put into baking dish.
