Quiche Provencale
Quiche Provencale is an impressive French breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil.
Cook spinach by directions on package; drain well.
Beat together eggs, flour and milk until well blended.

Pour other ingredients over cheese and bacon.
