Quiche
Quiche is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Line pastry shell with double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake in 450° oven for 5 minutes.
Remove foil.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes more or until pastry is nearly done.
Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk and pepper; stir in vegetables, cheese, ham and onion. Pour mixture in hot pastry shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
