Quiche
Quiche is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with pie crust (do not bake ahead), bacon, small chopped onion, eggs and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook bacon; drain and chop up.
Saute onion in bacon fat; drain.
Combine eggs, milk, cream cheese, bacon and seasonings. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 35 minutes.
If you like, add more cheese, mushrooms, crab meat or vegetables.
Makes 1 pie.
