Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with eggs, c. sugar, c. pumpkin, . lemon juice and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually add sugar. Stir pumpkin and lemon juice together; set aside.
Sift flour, spices and salt together, then fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread in a greased and floured jelly roll pan (batter looks like cake batter).
Top with nuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°.
While baking, spread powdered sugar on dish towel.
When done, place on towel and roll up.
