Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with qt. can cooked pumpkin, eggs, (1/2 pt.) carton coffee cream, c. milk and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Put pumpkin into large mixing bowl.
Break eggs into pumpkin and mix slowly in electric mixer.
Add sugar, coffee cream, milk, salt and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into crusts.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400° for 1/2 hour, then lower temperature to 350° to 375° and bake another 1/2 hour or until testing knife comes out clean.
Makes 2 pies.
