Polynesian Chicken
Polynesian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, 1 (16 oz.) can whole green beans, 1 can water chestnuts, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1 can fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chicken with salt and pepper; cook until tender.
Drain and cut into small pieces.
Reserve 1/2 cup stock.
In a casserole dish, layer chicken, green beans, water chestnuts and onions.
Mix together soup, stock, curry powder and mayonnaise.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
