Plantation Potatoes
Plantation Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add bell pepper and pimentos.
Mix lightly.
Combine milk and salt and pour over potato mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
Remove foil.
Cover with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
Drizzle 1/3 cup butter over top.
Continue baking for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
