Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with flour, salt, water, shortening and egg well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Combine egg, water and vinegar.
Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once.
Blend with a spoon just until all is moistened.
This is an easy crust to make.
I roll the crust between wax paper and fold,
Put into pan. On the top crust I brush canned cream, then cut holes, sprinkle sugar on top and put little pieces of oleo on the holes.
I like to mix in a large tupperwear container and shape into balls.
