Pepperoni Roll
Pepperoni Roll is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Made with loaf frozen bread dough, luncheon pepperoni, sliced thin (purchase at deli counter of grocery store), jar spaghetti or pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Thaw bread dough for 4 hours (don't thaw overnight, it will rise).
Flour surface.
Roll out thawed dough into a rectangle. Spread sauce over dough, overlap pepperoni on top of sauce.
Put cheese on top of pepperoni.
Roll up filled dough into a tube shape.
Fold under ends.
Pinch seams together.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake according to bread dough directions. Periodically, brush dough with milk to aid in browning.
Cool.
