Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 40 minutes. Made with c. sugar (mostly i use 1/2 white and 1/2 light brown), c. karo syrup (i use karo's dark corn syrup), of salt, . butter or margarine and eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add melted butter into sugar and cream with a wooden beater. Add Karo syrup and beat in good with butter-sugar mix.
Add salt and 3 eggs (one at a time), stirring well.
Add 1/4 cup milk. Stir and then add 1 teaspoon vanilla; stir and add pecans.
