Peach Parfait Pie
Peach Parfait Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with sliced peaches (heavy syrup), small pkg. orange jello, pt. vanilla ice cream and cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain juice from peaches.
Makes 1 1/4 cups (add water if necessary).
Put juice in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Put juice in bowl and add jello; dissolve.
Add vanilla ice cream and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Cut peaches into small pieces.
Fold into mixture (after refrigerated).
Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip.
