Peach Crisp
Peach Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 c. peaches, drained but not completely dry, 1 c. bisquick, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put peaches sprinkled with the brown sugar in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch square glass pan and cook for 15 minutes at 350°.
Make crust from Bisquick, sugar, butter and nuts.
(I use pecans).
Mix this all in a bowl and after removing peaches from oven, sprinkle over the peaches to cover.
Bake at 350° until crust starts to brown, about 30 minutes.
