Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 c. shortening, 1/3 c. milk and 2 to 3 c. chopped peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the flour, shortening and milk; stir with fork until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Turn out onto lightly floured board or cloth; knead just until smooth. Roll dough out into large rectangle, 1/4-inch thick.
Spread peaches on dough; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up like jelly roll.
Seal edges with a little water.
Cut into 12 to 15 pieces; place in pan with butter.
Boil sugar and water until melted; pour over rolls.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, until golden brown, not dry.
