Pea Soup
Pea Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with c. cubed, peeled potatoes, (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and pearl onions, (14 oz.) cans low-sodium chicken broth, c. reduced-fat sour cream and c. light italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large saucepan, combine the cubed potatoes, peas and onions and Italian dressing.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in sour cream; blend well.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh mint.
