Overnight Veggies
Overnight Veggies is an impressive vegetarian dish you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained, (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, drained, (16 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, drained, medium onion, chopped and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine peas, green beans, corn, onion, celery and pimento in a large bowl.
Combine in saucepan the sugar, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
