Mock Cordon Bleu
Mock Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, 6 slices bacon, 1 pkg. buddig sliced beef, 3 oz. cream cheese and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Lay beef slices on bottom of baking dish.
Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon.
Lay on top of beef slices.
Mix and blend well cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Excellent served with rice.
