Mini Cheese Cakes
Mini Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, c. sugar, whole eggs, . vanilla and sour cream mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream the cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into cupcake liners in muffin tins.
Bake for 40 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.
Cakes will fall slightly, leaving a small depression in the center.
Fill each depression with 2 teaspoons of Sour Cream Mix. Drop small dab of your favorite jelly or jam on top of each cake.
Return to 300° oven for 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate.
(These may be frozen for up to a month.)
